FFS Jaw Seal Assembly

The transverse jaw seal is the heartbeat of any Form-Fill-Seal machine. Two heated jaws clamp under pneumatic pressure, bonding and cutting the film in a single cycle. Every component — jaw body, heat element housing, blade guide — requires exact geometry.

This is the work kruger.dxf was built for. Components designed to tolerance from the inside out, with laser cutting paths that account for kerf from day one.
